All classes are offered via Zoom, with in-person options available on Fridays at the Helios Centre in Holborn 47-51 Eagle Street, London WC1R 4AP.
Monday | 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM (All levels)
Tuesday | 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Tibetan-influenced exercises for deep restoration and healing)
Wednesday | 7:20 PM – 8:20 PM (Midweek session with a gentle challenge)
Friday | 5:45 PM – 6:45 PM (All levels, online and in person at Helios)
