Hatha Yoga
Reconnect mind, body, and spirit with Natasha’s calming Hatha Yoga classes. Gentle movements, breathing, and meditation help ease stress, restore balance, and build strength. Suitable for all levels, with one-to-one sessions available.
Hypnotherapy

Monday evening 6.30 – 7.30pm (all levels)
Tuesday
Tuesday evening 7.45-8.45pm ~ Tibetan influenced exercises – deeply restorative and healing. Bring along your imagination! (gentle class)
Wednesday
Wednesday evening 7.10 – 8.10pm a bit more of a challenging midweek session (not too difficult!)
Friday
Friday evening 5.45 – 6.45pm (all levels) online and in person at Helios
