about hatha yoga healing pastlife regression contact

Natasha has been practicing yoga since 1998.  She did the foundation course and diploma with Maarten Vermaase at the City Literary College in London and achieved her British Wheel of Yoga Diploma in 2004.
She has a sensitive approach to yoga, with emphasis on harmonising the body, breath, mind and spirit.  Adapting to individual needs in a safe and caring environment.

Natasha is influenced by Tibetan Healing Exercises: slow movements focusing on self-healing, restoring balance and vitality.  Natasha’s classes and workshops run from an intuitive basis depending on what the group needs, tapping into her wide range of experience to provide what is required. The sessions are a mixture of yoga, breathing and relaxation techniques and can be calm and gentle or upbeat and energising.  Natasha meditates on a daily basis and intertwines this important practice into her classes.

Natasha is a wonderful person full of integrity, honesty and reliability.  Her Yoga teaching style is unique and would greatly benefit all who attend her sessions’ – Suzanne, Camberwell

‘Natasha's classes are so relaxing; I've always floated out feeling truly de-stressed and positive.  During the class her helpful comments help me to focus my thoughts and as a result enable me to really relax and just be.  Bliss!’ - Caroline, Herts

‘The yoga workshop was wonderful, so peaceful, positive and intimate, full of harmony! ’ - Hillary, WC1

‘It's hard to find the right yoga teacher and Natasha is definitely the best one of a number that I've tried over the years! Natasha's approach is extremely gentle and relaxing. And even when doing harder asanas, they seem easier because of Natasha's relaxing approach and soothing voice! I would also say that my strength and suppleness have improved ’ - Justin, WC1

‘I have had 1-2-1 yoga lessons with Natasha since 2010. I thoroughly recommend her to everyone. She is an excellent, calm and patient teacher who incorporates all that is best about yoga into her classes. She can adapt her classes to all standards and she can also teach the spiritual elements of yoga to those who are interested in this area. ’ - Rob, Kensington

‘I always feel great after a one on one session with Natasha. She is very open to one's needs/wishes whilst being a very good and experienced teacher. I only wish we could do them more often if it were not for my work commitments ’ - Richard, Clapham
