Class Information

weekly Hatha Yoga classes via Zoom
You are welcome to join one or more of the following:-

During sessions we usually start and finish the asana practice with a breathing exercise, meditation and deep relaxation. The sessions will help to calm and replenish you on many levels.

One to one yoga sessions available via Zoom or home visits - £60/£80 per hour.  A wonderful opportunity to have a yoga session dedicated to your own specific needs.

2 hour themed workshop
Natasha meditates on the group beforehand and a theme is revealed.
The next workshop is via Zoom Friday 25th September 5.30-7.30pm Focusing on releasing shoulders and upper back. We will also connect to the heart chakra increasing our sense of connection to love in all it's forms.

Transition Workshop on Wednesday 30th December 2020, 6.30-8.30pm. Time out just for you to recharge your energy in the middle of the Festive season at the International Lutheran Student Centre. We will be releasing what we do not wish to carry over to the new year and contemplate how we would like to move into the new year.

Afternoon retreat (£30/ £20 concessions) including yoga meditation, relaxation and yoga nidra. via Zoom: Sunday 22nd November 2020, 2-5pm.

 

Natasha has been practicing yoga since 1998.  She did the foundation course and diploma with Maarten Vermaase at the City Literary College in London and achieved her British Wheel of Yoga Diploma in 2004.
She has a sensitive approach to yoga, with emphasis on harmonising the body, breath, mind and spirit.  Adapting to individual needs in a safe and caring environment.

Natasha is influenced by Tibetan Healing Exercises: slow movements focusing on self-healing, restoring balance and vitality.  Natasha’s classes and workshops run from an intuitive basis depending on what the group needs, tapping into her wide range of experience to provide what is required. The sessions are a mixture of yoga, breathing and relaxation techniques and can be calm and gentle or upbeat and energising.  Natasha meditates on a daily basis and intertwines this important practice into her classes.
